DEPARTMENT of FOOD PROCESSING
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
This program provides a two-year associate degree education with a focus on both theoretical and practical training. It aims to train mid-level technical personnel equipped with the necessary skills to work in small, medium, and large-scale food production enterprises, handling every stage of production and quality control from raw materials to the final product. Each year, 40 students graduating from vocational high schools or general high schools are admitted to the program.
