Automotive Technology: The purpose of the program is to meet the need for intermediate staff for the automotive industry. With the courses given in the program; In services, after-sales services and customer services, recognizing vehicle acceptance, gasoline engine, diesel engine and alternative vehicle types with their differences, detecting malfunctions in all kinds of mechanical and electronic equipment of vehicles and fixing them on site, using all kinds of test and adjustment devices required by technological developments, quickly accessing vehicle catalog information, computer and It educates graduates with associate degree diplomas who are equipped with the ability to produce fast solutions with internet technologies.

Graduation Requirements and Degree: Graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded an Automotive Technology associate degree. Students who successfully complete at least 120 ECTS courses are entitled to receive an associate degree. Students must successfully complete industry-based training before graduation (30 working days). In order to be considered successful in the courses, it is necessary to pass the exams with an average of at least 60 after fulfilling the attendance requirement of at least 30% (20% in applied courses) during the 14-week course period. A student is considered successful in courses with a GPA of 60 or above.
Employment Opportunities for Graduates: With the KPSS Associate Degree Exam, they can be appointed to state positions where civil servants/employees are recruited and to units requiring technician qualifications. Automotive Technicians work in almost all levels of main and sub-industry automotive factories with titles and responsibilities that can be considered as technicians. Another part of the automotive industry, which is as important as production, is that in after-sales service units, they take on responsibilities and duties in many areas, from group leadership, service management, sales group leadership, spare parts service workshop management to personnel training.
