Program Objective: Our graduates have the opportunity to work as technical staff in sectors such as the automotive industry, industrial automation, mobile robot systems, and home automation, performing installation, operation, and maintenance tasks. All vocational courses are supported with laboratory applications to provide professional education aimed at training qualified intermediate personnel. Our mission is to train fully equipped technical staff in accordance with the 5th level qualification published by the Vocational Qualifications Authority, as required by the industry.
Admission Requirements: Within the framework of regulations determined by the Higher Education Council (YÖK), student admission to this program is carried out through the centralized examination system called ÖSYM. After students indicate their program preferences, they are placed into the relevant programs by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) according to the scores they obtained in the exam.
Graduation Requirements and Degree: Graduates who successfully complete the program are entitled to become MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN and receive an Associate Degree Diploma in Mechatronics Technology. Students who successfully complete courses corresponding to at least 120 ECTS credits are entitled to receive an associate degree. Students must successfully complete industry-based training (30 business days) before graduation. Employment Opportunities for Graduates: Graduates are employed in companies producing goods/services in the mechatronics sector, as well as in relevant public institutions and organizations. Additionally, the internationally widely used electronic circuit design software ALTIUM 18 has been incorporated into the Mechatronics program. Our students learn this software in the Electronic Circuit Design course.
